Automatically file SR22, MCP 65, and more insurance forms to state agencies today

Insurance companies can use web service integration to transmit personal and commercial insurance forms

NIC Insurance Filings offers automated filing service to insurance companies looking to efficiently exchange insurance policy data with state agencies nationwide.

Web service integration allows companies to connect their backend systems to NIC Insurance Filings to automatically transmit filing data to participating state agencies for quick electronic review. Then, updated status information can be retrieved for direct placement into insurance companies' backend systems.

"Automated filing has reduced the time that our staff and business partners have committed to filing important proof of insurance forms," said Jason Fletcher, Business Systems Analyst at Topa Insurance Company. "We submit and cancel hundreds of filings automatically through NIC Insurance Filings each month with no extra time needed for data entry. We can set up email alerts or confirmations and we can review the results in the same system on a daily basis."

Automated filing service is available for commercial forms E, H, and K, California forms MCP 65 and MCP 66, and Maine forms SR22 and SR26.

Integration capabilities were recently expanded to include automatic SR22 filing service to the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). The BMV encourages users to file online for quickest turnaround, and web service integration submits these filings without additional data entry or paper form production.

NIC Insurance Filings' development team can guide your company's IT department through integration setup. Review the web service guide to learn more about the integration protocol, and reach out to us at support@tylerinsurancefilings.com to start discussing next steps!
